About
The Department of Organizational Sciences and Communication provides a home for faculty and students interested in the study, interpretation and improvement of organizational and communication phenomena. Coursework in our programs draws from a broad range of disciplines across the university including organizational management, psychology, communication, economics and statistics. From the individual to global levels, the department seeks to increase our understanding of communication and organizations by incorporating a variety of epistemological and methodological approaches.
