Dr. Costanza is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. He has worked with public, private, and governmental organizations on projects related to leadership, change, and culture as well as research methods and statistics. He has been published in Slate and interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Financial Times, Bloomberg, ESPN, and Yahoo!Finance.

Dr. Costanza’s current projects focus on generational differences, leadership, culture, organizational performance, decline, and death as well as innovative statistics and research methods in the organizational domain. His recent project funded by the US Army Research Institute investigated the factors that influence attrition over time.
