Kira Foley (she/her) is a doctoral candidate of Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology at George Washington University and a Research Fellow with the U.S. Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI). Kira researches how individuals navigate ethical issues at work, the barriers they face in doing so, and the implications of these processes for organizations. She is especially interested in the role of social identities (gender, race, ethnicity, political ideology) in co-worker relationships and how inclusion can reduce diversity-related conflict and discrimination. Kira has studied these topics in a variety of contexts (leadership, teams) and populations (U.S. Army Soldiers, women leaders).
