Ahleah Miles

Ahleah joined the I-O PhD program in 2016. She grew up in York, PA and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Ahleah’s interest in I/O psychology began shortly after graduating from high school, and she pursued research in workplace incivility while attending WCUPA. Her research interests have expanded to include career assessments, vocational choice, gig work, higher education institutional research, and high potential leadership . Ahleah enjoys cooking and DIY-ing home projects in her free time as well as the occasional game night with friends.
