Anjishnu Chakrabarti

Anjishnu Chakrabarti is a second-year student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral program at The George Washington University. He graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a minor in Marketing, and a Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship. Anjishnu is a member of the SHOP (Study of Hard Organizational Problems) and the Collaboration and Organizational Learning Lab (COLLab). His research interests include high potential leadership, workplace mentoring, cross-cultural decision-making, and the future of work (AI-based selection, simulation/gamification in training).
