Alexa Rosenblatt

Lexi Rosenblatt is a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate in I/O Psychology. She currently works as a Doctoral Research Fellow at the U.S. Army Research Institute in the Foundational Science Research Unit. Her second-year project investigated the impact of organizational-level political affiliations on applicant perceptions during the recruitment process. Though her primary research interests lie in employee learning and training, she has also worked on published studies on topics including telecommunications, age discrimination, professional isolation, and collective memory.
