Madison Cooke
Madison Cooke has worked at the intersection of innovation, change management and communications for over a decade. As a Senior Manager at Accenture, she has extensive experience working with mid-size and Fortune 500 companies to drive cross-functional change management, communication, and skilling for large scale transformations. She has helped organizations successfully transition to agile ways of working, integrate companies after mergers and acquisitions, drive information security communications programs, stand up Centers of Excellence (COE) and shared service functions as well as implement new technologies - including Generative AI. Madison also serves as one of the global leaders of Accenture's Communications Center of Excellence that connects Accenture's communications professionals world-wide to share best practices, drive innovation in the communications space and collaborate to bring best-in-class communications and change management services to their clients.
Madison graduated from GWU with an undergraduate degree in Communications - the program she is now serving as an adjunct professor in. She also has a M.S. in Management from Colorado State University with a focus in Change Management, Strategy and Innovation.
