Matching Personalities to Careers

In partnership with the Foster Workforce Development Institute, the I-O Psychology Program’s Workplaces and Virtual Interests (WAVE) lab has partnered with TIME magazine to conduct a study about vocational interests and aspirations. The survey asks simple questions about what sort of activities participants might enjoy doing, then compares results with nearly 1,000 job profiles to find the closest match.
