Dr. Peng's research focuses on occupational health and aging issues, studying how workplace stressors impact employee health and well-being, the interface between work and non-work experiences, how employees can proactively cope with stressors, and how to to improve workers’ well-being and support their career development across the lifespan (especially at the late-career stage).
His second line of research examines aging and older worker issues, as well as lifespan career development issues.
