Organizational Sciences

The Minor in Organizational Sciences is an inter-disciplinary program anchored in a human-centered system philosophy of organizations with specialties in I/O psychology, communication, leadership, strategy, human resource management, and organizational behavior.

The minor requires 18 credit hours of Organizational Sciences courses, including ORSC 1109 and ORSC 2046 plus four electives.
