Sarah Shirck is an accomplished executive whose expertise in organizational growth and change management has transformed organizations, shaped national industry standards, and guided senior leaders through complex challenges. She has led enterprise-wide integrations, spearheaded organizational development initiatives, and introduced innovative practices that bring organizational management into unconventional spaces. By integrating change management principles into marketing, Sarah has driven operational optimization and elevated marketing and communications functions into strategic levers for enterprise transformation.
Her influence extends beyond her executive leadership roles. She played a key role in the development of the American Association of Advertising Agencies’ (4A’s) Standard for Agency Operations and Business Transformation, providing thought leadership, content, and editorial review to help establish best practices across the industry. As an executive coach and trusted advisor, she has supported senior leaders across the federal government—including at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Justice—as well as executives in financial services, IT, aviation, and pharmaceuticals.
Throughout her career, Sarah has driven measurable impact through her coaching, consulting, and strategic insight, enabling organizations to navigate complex change and achieve sustainable growth. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University. Sarah was recently recognized as one of DC’s Top Women Leaders of 2025 by Women We Admire and named to the 2025 class of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40 Awards, presented by the United States Senate Federal Credit Union—further underscoring her reputation as a transformative leader.
